  • Check attendance strictly
  • Never allow any single employee to close the deal, at least 3 people should involve and one director is a must
  • Always get the property owner number and update it in Zoho
  • Get in touch with Property Owner
  • Get the copy of every agreement sale, advance payment receipt, photograph of collecting money and attach it to the customer and Property on the Zoho
  • Atleast 2 Relationship Managers should deal with a single property to sell
  • Marketing Development Executive and Relationship executive areas should be changed for every 3 months
  • All employees should be flexible to re-locate to different regions we have presence in.
  • Director should personally visit each property to meet the property owner and maintain good relationship
