Incentive- Relationship Managers

In our organization, everyone is an Individual Contributor, and no limit to earning. Equal opportunities are provided for everyone. We have divided Hyderabad into 7 Regions, You can work for any of the region based on your interest in consultation with Khan, Vice President- Housing.

  • Managing all the Properties of your Region in Zoho up-to-date
  • Deleting the Properties from YouTube channel when sold out
  • Watching all the videos frequently and try to improve the quality of the videos for the new Properties
  • Communicating with all the stakeholders about the customer requirements in your Region
  • Complete responsible for Selling at least 1 property per week in your Region
  • Failing to perform all these will allow the other persons to do business in your Region by consulting with Vice President-Housing. The final decision will be by the Vice President-Housing.
  • Relation Manager will get 30% of Total Revenue(Not Profit) generated from selling with his/her DIRECT involvement.
  • If anyone involves and is the reason for closing the sale, some portion of the amount from 30% will be shared to all the those who were the reason for sale.
  • Any disputes or conflicts raise out of the incentive sharing need to be settled directly with Vice President-Housing and Negotiaion Consultants. No mediation is allowed.
  • No monthly salary will be paid for Relationship Managers and above category

Incentive- Relationship Executives

Responsible to take the appointments for the customers to visit the Property.

  • You are eligible only if the customer has been scheduled for the first time the property visit by your interaction with the customers
  • When multiple property visits are scheduled by multiple Relationship executives, the incentive will be shared to ONLY the Relationship executive who introduced the customer to the company by property visit.
  • 10,000 INR will be paid for any sale of the property the company is dealing with by the Relationship executive
  • Any disputes raise out of the incentive sharing need to be settled directly with Vice President-Housing. No mediation is allowed.

Incentive- Business Development Executives

Responsible to find the properties in all the regions.

  • A minimum of 20 properties per week should be added by each Business Development Executive in all areas together
  • 2,000 INR will be paid for each property that is brought to the company on successful sale

Incentive- Negotiation Consultant

Responsible to negotiate with the Property owners and Buyers for better percentage and not less than 1%.

  • A fixed INR,20,000 will be paid for each sale out of successful negotiation by the consultant
